Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and uninstalled
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• The item must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Drive shafts and automotive parts are precision components. Items that show signs of installation, use, grease, scratches, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Installed or used drive shafts
• Parts with signs of installation or modification
• Items damaged due to improper installation
• Custom or special-order parts
• Items ordered incorrectly due to vehicle compatibility errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct fitment before placing an order.
Proof of purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
• Items returned with damaged packaging
• Items returned with missing components
• Items returned in a condition not caused by our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit once the returned item is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Trackable shipping is recommended for high-value items
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
